Jolly Plastic thermolamination: solvent-free adhesion for sustainable and high-performance packaging
Thermolamination is a process of adhesion between two layers that occurs through the combined effect of temperature and pressure, without the use of solvent-based adhesives or adhesion promoters. This makes thermolamination safer and less impactful on the environment, while still ensuring high sealing efficiency.
TL series with high EVA content for adhesion on PET and other substrates, also with variable thickness barrier layers suitable for thermoforming.
- TL420: medium adhesion, recyclable separation
- TL428: high adhesion, outer side sealable
- TL428-25: high adhesion, outer side peelable on PE
Available in transparent or colored versions, with thicknesses up to 27 microns.
